UNISG – University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo: Together to innovate the Food System
We joined the UNISG Network: an international network of over 50 organizations, businesses and professionals united to innovate the food system.
This means that we will be at the side of the University founded in 2004 on the initiative of Slow Food, supporting its commitment and strategies and developing joint projects.
We recognize Pollenzo as a place of excellence in transdisciplinary research and innovation in the world of food and we strongly believe that our Our Packaging in HT Board® for direct contact with food can offer a good contribution.
Silvio Barbero, vice-president of the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo, says in this regard:
Our university is pleased to launch the collaboration with LIC Packaging Spa, a historic company with an innovative, quality-conscious vision. It will be important to share common paths for the development of sustainable and innovative production processes.
